OWENS Home Inspections began providing home inspection services in 2001 and received initial training from Birch Academy a subsidiary of The Georgia Association of Home Inspectors, and thus certification for field work administered by CABO (Council of American of Building Officials).

OHI is certified through the International Code Council as a Residential Combination Building Inspector, has a Business and Occupational Tax Certificate to conduct business in the state of Georgia and is insured with The Hartford Insurance Company.
